1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WGuardVPN ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WGuardVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services using the WireGuard protocol. The Service allows users to establish encrypted connections to our servers for enhanced online security and privacy.

3. Subscription & Payment

Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our website. All prices are in USD.
Payment Methods: We accept USDT, USDC, and credit/debit cards via Stripe.
Subscription Period: Subscriptions are provided on a weekly basis from the date of payment.
Auto-Renewal: We do NOT auto-renew subscriptions. You must manually renew to extend service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

Illegal activities under Canadian, US, or applicable local law
Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
Attacking, hacking, or interfering with other systems
Child exploitation or distribution of illegal content
Violating intellectual property rights
Any activity that damages our infrastructure or other users

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violations of this policy without refund.

5. Service Limitations

Device Limit: Each subscription allows 1 simultaneous connection. Additional connections require separate subscriptions.
Bandwidth: Fair use applies. Excessive bandwidth usage that impacts other users may result in throttling or termination.
Uptime: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows may occur.
Speed: Speeds vary based on server load, your location, and network conditions.

6. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WGUARDVPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WGuardVPN harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

WGuardVPN and associated logos are trademarks of WGuardVPN. The WireGuard logo and name are trademarks of Jason A. Donenfeld. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Expired subscriptions do not require cancellation as we do not auto-renew.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
